StayBix is designed to keep the journey clear at every step, so you know what happens next and where to go when you need help.
1. Find the right room
Search by city, room type, and budget to shortlist rooms that match your needs. Open the room detail page to review photos, pricing, and owner details.
2. Send a booking request
Once you like a room, submit a booking request with your move-in date and required details. Your request enters the owner review stage.
3. Complete verification if needed
Some bookings may require KYC before the request can be fully processed. Completing verification helps the owner trust the request faster.
4. Owner reviews the request
The owner checks the booking details and either approves or rejects the request. You can track the live status from My Bookings.
5. Visit and check in
After approval, the room location becomes visible and QR-based check-in can be used where applicable to confirm arrival.
6. Need help?
If something changes, raise a ticket from the dashboard so the issue stays linked to your booking and account.
